I.    PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Senior Core Banking is responsible for providing support and overseeing day-to-day operations and infrastructure, and responding to develop and implement support plans, managing and resolving customer issues, and troubleshooting operational problems. 

II.    MIAN OF RESPONSIBILITY 

–    Monitor and Manage Core Banking System (V-Connect)
–    Maintain information security
–    Develop and implement troubleshooting for operations 
–    Provide support when building, deploying, configuring, and supporting the system 
–    Work with Finance team to support operational issues 
–    Run procedure end-of-cycle process in V-Connect (Core Banking)
–    Perform daily backup of core banking system  
–    Provide support and troubleshooting related to core banking system EOD;
–    Hire and manage information system personnel and contractors to design, develop, implement, operate, and administer computer and telecommunication software, network and information systems 
–    Document and demonstrate solution by developing documentation, flowchart, layouts, diagrams, charts, Code comments, and clear code
–    Ability to establish guidelines, procedures, and methods for software development related to the Core Banking System 
–    Improve operations and conduct system analysis, recommending changes in policies and procedures 
–    Support and generate reports (monthly, quarterly, yearly) for business requirements
–    Other tasks assigned by Line Manager

III.    REPORT

–    He/ She will directly report to the Chief Executive Officer. 

IV.    QUALIFICATION

–    Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
–    Maximum 2 years of experience related to Core Banking System
–    Understand programming languages (C, C++, Java, Jbase, database)
–    Understanding of SQL 
–    Flexible, problem-solving 
–    Good communication 
–    Honest, hardworking
